Prudential Alliance, REALTORS® has been a working service provider for both residential and commercial clients since 1976.

In 2006 Prudential Alliance REALTORS® and Cornerstone Commercial Realty merged to establish Prudential Alliance Commercial and is focused on expanding the Commercial Division in earnest.

Jason Morgan and Kevin Goffstein, managing principals, will lead the company in growing its' commercial brokerage services.

Jason Morgan will be heading Prudential Alliance Commercial as Managing Broker in St. Louis, Missouri. He has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, originally working for one of the top commercial real estate firms in St. Louis.

Kevin Goffstein is the Director of New Business Development / Broker Associate with Prudential Alliance, REALTORS®. Kevin has been an intregral part of the development of the commercial and new homes division wtih Prudential Alliance, REALTORS®.

Prudential Alliance, REALTORS® was founded in St. Louis in 1976 and has been affiliated with Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services nationally since 1993.

Locally owned and operated by Andrea Lawrence, the company has been built on an uncompromising commitment to the highest principles of professionalism and integrity and has become one of the largest real estate enterprises in the metro region.
